The project: Write copy for Victoria Boat Charter's new website.

The process: The process: Writing Victoria met with Victoria Boat Charters and conducted outside research that assisted in the creation of copy for the company's website. The end result was a fluid, informative website that boosted charter trip registrations.

Silver Barrel Solutions

The project: Write content for Silver Barrel Solution's new website.

The process: Writing Victoria met with the Silver Barrel team to gather information about the business and its goals. We worked closely with Silver Barrel to ensure accuracy and consistent branding.

White Knight Painting

The project: Write content for White Knight Painting's new website.

The process: Writing Victoria interviewed White Knight Painting's President and several team members to gather information, and understand the business' goals. We rewrote each page while keeping in mind White Knight's target demographic and business philosophy.

JMM Speaking

The project: Rewrite JMM Speaking website content for grammar, clarity and tone.

The process: Writing Victoria met with JMM Speaking to determine the desired tone and target audience for the new website. We rewrote JMM Speaking's main pages, which are integral to understanding the business and its roots.


COPYWRITING

Cook Culture

The project: Conceptualize and write Cook Culture's first round of print advertisements and website copy.

The process: The Process: While Cook Culture geared up to open in Victoria's Atrium building, Writing Victoria wrote Cook Culture's first round of print advertisements and website copy. The ads would serve as Cook Culture's first impressions in the media, so we conceptualized and wrote the ads around the idea dating as a metaphor for the store's opening. Cook Culture's website is dynamic and changes seasonally so it requires concise copy that will inform without overwhelming a web page.

HearWare (Abacus Data Solutions)

Brochure Writing

The project: Write copy for HearWare's 2010 brochure.

The process: Writing Victoria consulted with HearWare then examined their previous brochures and competition before proceeding. We wrote the brochure copy with the intention of displaying what makes HearWare superior to other audio management software services. The brochure was distributed to audiology clinics across Canada.

White Knight Painting

Press Release

The project: Write and distribute a press release for White Knight Painting.

The process: Writing Victoria used superb interviewing skills to gather information of White Knight's announcement. We used the proper format to develop the press release, then distributed it to the appropriate media outlets.

Bob, creator and host of the popular Food Network television shows Surreal Gourmet and Glutton for Punishment, was in Victoria last week to promote his newest book, Glutton for Pleasure, and we were lucky enough to spend the day with him.
